These SMS Terms & Conditions describe how Rig Seekers LLC ("Rig Seekers," "we," "our," or "us") communicates with users by text message.

Opt-In Only Messaging

• Rig Seekers LLC only sends SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in.
• We do not send unsolicited ("cold") SMS messages.
• Users opt in by submitting a driver application, carrier inquiry form, contact form, or another website form that contains an SMS consent checkbox.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying for jobs, using our recruiting services, or receiving services from Rig Seekers LLC.

Types of Messages

Messages may include job opportunities, recruiting updates, application status, interview scheduling, customer support, and other transactional or recruiting-related communications.

Example messages may include available CDL job matches, follow-up questions about your application, interview or recruiter scheduling, carrier updates, document requests, and support responses.

Message Frequency & Rates

• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Rig Seekers LLC and may increase during active recruiting, interview scheduling, or application follow-up.
• Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy of Mobile Information

• Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and text messaging opt-in data will not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or disclosed to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use trusted SMS service providers solely to deliver messages on behalf of Rig Seekers LLC.
